Book Marketing & Promotion
Book marketing to bulk sales opportunities such as retailers, churches, and niche-markets. The package will include creating a book sell sheet and sending it to retailers and churches as well as planning a book launch party or signing party (see additional definitions below).

Endorsements
Will invite 25 potential endorsers to endorse book project, based on research we develop using the client’s contacts and brainstorms as well as KCWC’s network. Client will need to provide 20 bound copies of manuscript as well as e-book version to provide endorsers with their preferred method of reading the book. KCWC will do two rounds of follow-up contact. No guarantee of end results. Price includes shipping manuscripts to contacts.
Book Sell-Sheets
Similar to a catalog page, used to engage attention for potential sales with retailers. May include: authorized excerpts, book description, endorsements, author bio, and purchasing information. Will design sell sheet and send PDF format to client.
Mail Sell-Sheet to Select Retailers
Once client purchases the book sell sheet component they can determine how they wish us to distribute the materials on their behalf. In this component, KCWC will print sell sheet on full-color glossy paper and distribute along with a cover letter to 100 select retailers in the client’s region.
eBlast Sell-Sheet to Churches/Ministries
An eBlast is any designed mailer distributed through e-mail through a designated eBlast server, to abide by anti-spam laws. These mailers are trackable—we can study who opened the mailer, who clicked on the links, who shared the eBlast with others. Once client purchases the book sell sheet component they can determine how they wish us to distribute the materials on their behalf. In this component, KCWC will send a product sell sheet (for bulk purchases) via eBlast to 2500+ ministry contacts. Can offer author via Skype call or speaker call to launch small group event. Often client projects are ideal for church small group ministries, so we include suggestions for small group use in this mailer.
Book Launch / Signing Party
Locate venue for book launch or signing party, and consult on initial plans for the event. A book launch is a party-type event when the book releases, intended to sell books and celebrate the occasion. It also helps authors recruit influencers, willing to spread the word. A book signing is similar, but doesn’t have to happen around the release date—and is often done in partnership with a retailer.
